

We now offer real time availability checking and bookings for most of our excursions.
Bookings can be made from each of the excursion pages:
Visit each excursion page and you will be able to find out more in-depth information about each of our trips, view a summary of the departure times, price ranges, seasonality of departures. To book an excursion, enter your preferred departure date/s and follow the simple steps.
Once you have selected your preferred date, you will be shown the actual price and availability of that excursion – which you will be able to select the number of travelers and view the sub total.
Following on from this, you may be requested to provide more detailed passenger information (e.g. names, ages, dietary requirements, etc) - this information is required for operational and safety purposes for our overnight cruises and flightseeing excursions.
The booking forms may then feature the opportunity for you to choose some optional extras if applicable (e.g. lunches), detail your preferred pick up location if you are travelling by coach , and detail any specific comments, questions, special dietary requirements (if applicable) or medical requirements you may have (this information is sent to our Reservations Team once you have completed your booking successfully).
You will be able to view a summary of your booking/s and make some amendments (e.g. remove the trip, change your departure location, etc) however if you wish to change the departure date or time, you will need to return to the beginning of the process to ensure there is available space for the number of travelers wishing to complete the trip.
On the summary page, it will also detail any specials or travel deals that may be applicable and the saving you have received. Once you have completed booking all the excursions you wish to complete, you will continue through to the payment and customer contact page. We accept all major credit cards and payment at the time of booking is required.
Please ensure you have read and accept our terms and conditions prior to completing your booking.
Once your payment has been successfully received, you will be able to view your booking number and a detailed itinerary. This information is also emailed to you at the address you provided in the booking process.
Please note that all bookings for Stewart Island Experience are actioned by the Real Journeys reservations team. (Stewart Island Experience is a 100% owned subsidiary of Real Journeys).
